A unique travel project album combining an Ancient Greek Lyre, Pontian Fiddle and acoustic guitar. Recorded live at Thessaloniki, Northern Greece in the Summer of 2017.

Our journey will begin by the waters of the Nympheum at Aristotle’s school and will take us with the son of Odysseus from Ithica through main land Hellas. Reclining in shaded Greek gardens, we shall witness the transformation of the furies into the Kindly ones and then pass by Socrates’ sophistry school as imagined by Aristophanes and drive along narrow winding roads through Hellenistic Pontus. Our path will bring us to the birth of justice and a quiet moment’s contemplation will bring us to the Hagia Sophia church in down town Thessaloniki to hear Byzantine chants before ascending to the pythian priestess’ shrine in the mountains of Parnassus. Finally Hermes will guide our psyches to the end of our journey and return us to the waters from whence we came.
